How Your Data is Organized

In Felix, we present your information as follows:

  • Customers are your clients, each customer profile holds the important information related to that customer, like their phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Deals are the specific transactions that you are pursuing with your customers. Deals are tracked through the various stages of the sales pipeline and are used to document all actions taken to close the sale.
  • Tasks are scheduled actions that are undertaken to close a sale, tasks are assigned to a deal and user. Each task has a title and due date, automatic daily email reminders will be sent to the assigned user to remind them of their tasks for the day.
  • Policies are the insurance policies that have been issued and are assigned to a deal. Within a policy record you will be able to see a summary of the insurance coverage details and its expiry date.
